Competitions

South Worcestershire Lifeguard and Lifesaving Club enter a range of competitions regularly, including:

- The Worcester and Hereford Branch Winter League, involving five clubs in four competitions. Three of these involve a variety of lifesaving relays and the final one is a simulated incident competition.

- The RLSS and SLSA National Speed Championships. These are yearly events involving individual and relay lifesaving events.

- Bournemouth Regatta, a yearly open water competition involving a variety of lifesaving speed and skill events plus simulated incidents.

- Other ad-hoc events where appropriate
